For about a week previous to the ceremony, people worked hard to make the day an impressive success. A beautiful entrance was shaped at the entry of the school mix. The school building was festooned with flags. It decorates that had written on them the holy Kalima-e-Thieba. A Milad Mahfil or special prayer was prearranged on this time. It is participated by teachers, students, protectors and other guests. All of them came in their premium dress in a celebratory mood.
